Nick Lee Merriman, a long time resident of Federal Way, died unexpectedly in Federal Way on May 17, 2009 at the home of his very special friend Lynn.
Nick is survived by: Tonya Merriman and his son Joshua Keaton Merriman of Kent; brother Jim Merriman (Alissa) of Tacoma; sister Kim Shipman (Steve) of Lake Tapps; "Mom" Kathleen Merriman Schaefer and stepdad, Tim Schaefer of Federal Way.
Nick is "Safely Home" with his Fathers in heaven. He was a previous volunteer fire fighter with the Federal Way Fire Department. Nick also was the owner operator of the Mirror Lake Java Hut Coffee Shop.
A memorial service was held at the home of his sister Kim Shipman on Sunday.
Nick, "You will always be on our minds, you will always be in our hearts and we will always love you forever".
